Heribert Korte is a communication strategist in Rotterdam. Under the name Enzodus he helps organisations with shaping or improving their communication.
Enzodus had a pretty strong brand for offline, with a nice logo and a good typeface. Heribert and I decided to keep that and bring it to life online.
The new website of Enzodus is responsive. To make sure the website looks good on all screens, I started sketching the designs on paper first. After recreating some of these sketches digitally I spoke with Heribert. This talk resulted in some changes and what came to be the website.
For development of the website I decided to use content as a deciding factor in the breakpoints. Some with percentages, some with maximum or fixed values. This way the balance between text, images and the width of the screen was guarateed even if the content changes.
To be able to change the content, I built the website on Wordpress. Wordpress is being used as a CMS, the theme is self-built.
It was an interesting and educational experience and working with Heribert was a joy. Looking back, I would definitely do things differently, but as one of my first assignments as a freelancer I am quite proud of how I did.
